Ingredients
1 Mango, peeled and diced
1 Cup Fresh Pineapple, diced
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil, chopped
Lime
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Can Chipotle Chili Adobo
1 Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
4 - 6 Hot Dogs or Spicy Brats, whichever you prefer
4 - 6 Hot Dog Buns
BBQ Sauce, for topping
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine the mango, pineapple, basil, lime juice, olive oil, chipotle chili pepper in adobo, and jalapeños. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all the ingredients are well combine.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium high heat. 
  3. Grill your hot dogs until cooked through and light char marks appear. 
  4. Toast the hot dog buns on the grill. (Note: you can also spread some melted butter over the inside of the buns and place face down on the grill.)   
  5. Place the hot dogs in the toasted buns. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and top with the mango-pineapple relish and pickled jalapeños. 
  6. Enjoy!
